No more than 200 novelists can attend, and there are no formal pitch sessions. Instead, you’ll have the opportunity to attend quality workshops and mingle with some of the best editors, agents and other publishing professionals in the industry in a comfortable, non-aggressive atmosphere." -- BiblioBuffet If you're considering signing up for The Backspace Agent-Author Day or the 2009 Backspace Writers Conference, be sure to read Scott Hoffman's "How to Get the Most Out of Your Writers Conference Experience" and Jeff Kleinman's "Guide to Good Conference Attendeeness" (scroll down to the June 16 post) to learn how to get the most out of these and similar events. |
